about
With the Paketpost Quarter, the Büschl Group is developing one of the largest urban districts in Europe. It brings together the heritage-protected hall and two striking towers into a harmonious whole. Inviting promenades and spacious alleys connect the courtyards and create a continuous green link. Playgrounds, sports areas, and recreational spaces contribute to a high quality of life. The varied landscape architecture invites people to linger while also offering visual privacy for residential and office spaces, resulting in an open, welcoming environment for everyone.
A place for everyone and everything. The positioning is "welcoming," and the resulting brand design invites participation and inspires a shared vision of the future. The logo incorporates the architectural fundamentals of the iconic Paketposthalle and the towers designed by the architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron.
Designed for a broad target audience, the minimalist black-and-white branding supports clear communication. Soft, warm colors add a human touch to the presentation. Hand-drawn illustrations and organic shapes further emphasize the friendly and approachable character.
The entire district has been digitally recreated by Brandspace as a detailed 3D model—serving as the basis for photorealistic visualizations and cinematic sequences.
The branding strikes the right tone—clear and approachable, yet flexible enough to appeal to a sophisticated, design-conscious audience. Renderings, hand-drawn illustrations, photography, and striking informational elements come together in a playful mix that feels both curated and spontaneous.
